Bike room access

Terraced homes do not have access to a bike room. If you don't have a garage but require access to a bike room, please email a request to info@pbcs.nz.

Residents of The Elements and The Foundry have access to the Foundry bike room using your fob.

Residents of The Forge have access to the Forge bike room using your fob.

If there is a problem with space, owners please contact PBCS for access to the other bike room. The Forge room is easier for the heavier e-bikes.

Bike storage is for residents only

Please be mindful of fellow cyclists being able to access their cycles. Only residents living on-site can store their bikes. If you are renting out your unit for a period of time, you are required to remove your bike during that time.

Abandoned bikes may be removed

Abandoned bikes may have a notice attached and be removed after three months. Please keep your bike in good working order with pumped tires and no accumulated dust to ensure it isn't removed.
