Below is the homeowner's guide supplied by Fletcher Living when Atlas Quarter first opened. It contains a lot of useful contact details and instructions for cleaning and maintenance.

External windows (unable to be reached by the occupant) are cleaned twice yearly. The building is cleaned yearly, along with spider control. PBCS will inform all owners (and property managers as requested) by email. This information needs to be communicated to your tenants. It will also be posted on our Facebook page.

If you're planning any major alterations to your apartment, please email info@pbcs.nz to check for any requirements. If you expect to make some noise, please let your neighbours know on the Facebook group.
