Owners can download a lot of useful documents from the PBCS portal – such as rules, newsletters, minutes, insurance documents, and unit plans. Email info@pbcs.nz if you need a log-in.
A body corporate is established when a "unit title" development is created. In this case, it is made up of all the homeowners of Atlas Quarter, including owners of the commercial properties facing Welles Street.
Atlas Quarter is managed by Pitcaithly Body Corporate Services. PBCS are responsible for a range of management, financial, and administrative functions relating to the common property and to the development as a whole. It is governed by the provisions of the Unit Titles Act 2010 and Unit Titles Regulations 2011.
Members of the body corporate meet annually to elect a chairperson and committee. The committee maintain a close working relationship with PBCS and manage various issues on behalf of owners between general meetings.
