Unfortunately, car break-ins are common place all over Christchurch city. Incidents have occurred here at Atlas Quarter. Remove stealable items from your car especially if visible. Community Watch (volunteer organisation) patrols our area several nights a week.

Do not let people unknown to you, into the complex. They need to buzz the person they are visiting to be invited in.

If a ‘courier’ buzzes you for access, do not automatically let them in, if you are not expecting a parcel. Please inform them to post a card for that person in the Courier Box located outside the main doors.

If you have misplaced your fob, you can access your building using your apartment key at the back entrance. Owners please inform PBCS immediately if you have lost your fob, so they can deprogram it and issue a replacement (at a cost).

New keys (owners) can only be cut at James Bull Locksmith (Sandyford Street). Prior email authorisation is required from PBCS.
