Please familiarise your tenants with the rules

It is a legal requirement that tenants have a copy of the rules and are familiar with them.

Insurance

You must inform PBCS if you are renting out to tenants or as an AirBnB, or if your unit will be vacant for three months. These are necessary requirements for insurance cover.

The body corporate's building insurance includes some basic contents cover for landlords.
